Before you were conceived, I wanted you.

Now that you’re gone, I cry for you.
We miss you more eveyday.
Not a day goes by where we don't feel that awful pain from missing you.
We know you are happy on the "Other Side" and are watching over us down here.
Our pain from loosing you will never go away for as long as we live until we are re-united with you.
Until then JB please help us and surround us as much as you can.
Let us feel your presence and let us see the signs you send us.
All we have now to comfort us are the beautiful memories of you honey.

Our son and brother JB (Jeremie Benjamin)
Jeremie Benjamin Quiming was born on September 20th 1986.
We called him JB. His father was Benjamin Quiming who died just 2 weeks after JB was born. When JB was 18 months old his mother Linda Aceves formerly LInda Quiming met Jose Aceves who took on the father role of JB and his older sister Nicole. Linda and Jose had another son between them which is JB's younger brother Justin. Jose used to call JB chacho which is slang in Spanish for "little boy". One day JB started calling Jose chacho which then turned into daddy. Even at the age of 19 he would still call him daddy.
JB was very talented in many things. Whether it was Art, skateboarding, cutting hair, martial arts or making up his own jokes and phrases. He always seemed to make everything he did his own. JB was always saying stupid stuff to make people laugh. One of his favorite pick up lines for girls was "Hey boo I bet your farts smell like roses" or "hey you got sexy kneecaps". Now if those weren't ice breakers. Anyways he always got a phone number from the girls.
He was a perfectionist in everything he did. He kept to himself a lot but when it came to family and friends he was always there to protect and when you least expected it he would make you laugh. He was never an easy person to figure out because of his seemingly rough outer shell. However he had a soft side to him which was equally as strong.
JB had a few troubled years but made a 100% turnaround. He had gotten a good job and had future plans to get married to his girlfriend Brianna and have children someday. He used to say "My kids are gonna be hella cute" and smirk. JB loved his mom Linda. He always told her that he was gonna live with her forever and mom was ok with that. They had a real close relationship. She understood him and knew what he needed and always gave him his space.
One of his happiest days was when his nephew Jaymian was born. To Jaymian he was known as Uncle Dom Dom and JB called Jaymian Punker.
Although JB kept to himself, he was alwyas happy to see his family and friends and would always put a smile on your face. He loved to laugh. The size of his heart was evident.
In a nutshell if you were fortunate to know JB even for a short while it was an honor, because he was a loving son and a caring brother and a good loyal friend to the end. Most of all a loving, loyal handsone young man. Words or tears can never express how much our son and brother will be missed.
